Our story
Onilaz helps ambitious Zimbabweans, at home and abroad, pass professional exams, build software, and move their careers forward. We are a small team in Harare, incorporated in January 2026 and built on our founders' years of hands-on tutoring, career advisory, and software work.
What makes us different
Our tutors are part-qualified ACCA candidates who tutor only the papers they have personally sat and passed. You are taught by someone who has been through your exact exam, not a generalist.
Every engagement, whether tutoring or a project, has a single team member as your lead. We do not run group tutoring classes, so the support you get is shaped around you.
Our team also brings external-audit experience from a Zimbabwean chartered accounting firm. It sharpens how we explain the reasoning behind the standards, not just the rules themselves.
You get a clear written quote, a defined scope, and honest advice on what we can and cannot do. No vague promises, and no surprises on the invoice.

These services fall under ACCA's public-practice rules, which require an ACCA practising certificate. Our principals are registered ACCA students, not yet members, so we do not offer them until they qualify.
