What is PRAZ?
The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) is the regulatory body overseeing public procurement. Registration with PRAZ is mandatory for any business wanting to supply goods or services to:

2026 Registration Pause
PRAZ has temporarily paused new supplier registrations in early 2026 while upgrading to a new eGP (electronic Government Procurement) platform. No specific resumption date has been announced — monitor praz.org.zw for official updates before attempting to register.

- Business Operating License (from local authority)

- Proof of residence for 2 directors (ZESA bill/water bill)

Step-by-Step Registration Process
Visit PRAZ Portal
Go to egp.praz.org.zw and navigate to the Supplier Registration section.
Create Account
Register with your company details: name, registration number, contact person, and email.
Select Category
Choose your supplier category: Goods, Services, Works, or Consultancy. Select relevant subcategories.
Complete Application
Fill in all required information accurately. Upload all supporting documents.
Pay Registration Fee
Pay the annual registration fee. Fee amounts vary by business size and are set by PRAZ — check the official portal at egp.praz.org.zw for current fee schedules. Payment via bank deposit, EcoCash, OneMoney, or RTGS.
Submit & Await Approval
Submit application. PRAZ will review and may request clarification. Approval typically takes about 48 hours once payment is confirmed.

Annual Renewal
PRAZ registration is valid for one calendar year (January to December). To renew:
